Do you offer emergency services?
Yes we offer the "drop whatever I am doing and fix my stuff" service. This service is 2X nominal rate of whatever the job would normally be quoted at.
What materials do you weld?
Just about anything. If there's a material we don't stick together chances are it shouldn't be stuck together.
Do you use customer parts and materials?
We generally like to source our own parts and materials to ensure the quality and timely delivery of these things.
What is your turnaround time?
Time can vary greatly between projects. As a part-time business you can expect no-less than 20 hours per week usually no more than 40 hours per week dedicated to your project. It is not uncommon for there to be a 1-2 month large project backlog. Smaller projects that average less than 4-6 hours generally will be turned around the same week or even the same day.
Do you do rust repair?
Yes, we offer rust repair services. Rust repair services are generally a flat rate hourly service and not generally quoted by the job.
Can you handle large projects?
Absolutely, we manage both small and large-scale projects. We have equipment on site to load/unload larger projects. Can easily move most projects in the 10,000LBS range.
