Welding
TIG, MIG/GMAW, and spool-gun welding in steel, stainless, aluminum, titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel 625/718. Four welders are available for repair and custom work.
Machining
Manual and CNC milling and turning for equipment repairs, cylinder repairs, prototypes, and one-off engine components. Mill: 9 x 48 in. table. Lathe: 14 in. swing x 84 in. bed.
Fabrication
Design & Prototyping
Tube Bending: 1, 1.5, 1.75, and 2 in. dies for chassis, roll cages, and bumpers.
Sheet Metal: Bending, rolling, forming, panel repair, and assembly.
Exhaust: Custom systems, manifolds, turbo kits, and intercoolers.
CAD & Prototyping: Certified SolidWorks modeling, advanced assembly design, and in-house SLS/FDM printing. Same-day prototyping may be available.

Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. Rush service may be available at twice the standard labor rate, depending on workload and project requirements.
What materials do you weld?
We weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel 625/718. Contact us about specialty materials.
Do you use customer parts and materials?
We source most parts and materials to control quality and delivery. Customer-supplied components may be accepted by prior arrangement.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on scope and workload. Small four- to six-hour jobs are often completed the same week; larger projects may require a one- to two-month lead time.
Do you do rust repair?
Yes. Rust repair is billed hourly and is generally not quoted as a fixed-price job.
Can you handle large projects?
Yes. We handle both small and large projects, with equipment on-site for loading and unloading. We can move most projects weighing up to approximately 10,000 lb.
